Epilogue

I have been very fortunate to have discovered Master Li's Sheng Zhen Healing Qigong and especially the Sheng Zhen Wuji Yuan Gong which resonated within my very being the first time I started practicing its 8 Qigong forms. Doing the beautiful moving Wuji Yuan Qigong forms seemed very natural to me much more so than the other Qigong forms I have practiced before since I have been practicing Wuji Yuan Gong as a powerful moving form of prayer once in the morning and once before bedtime rotating around Kuan Yin, Jesus or Mohammed sitting and standing Qigong with Lao Tzu's Return to Spring.

As a ritual communication medium between men and the immortals, the Qigong forms of Wuji Yuan Gong as a life transforming, empowering and Qi cultivation process continually activates the opening of one's heart to unconditional love. According to Ascended Master Enoch's Keys of Enoch, of the myriad forms of prayer/meditation there are five general practices (with my interpretation) that should be kept in mind:

1. Hold fast to the holy way of life (the Sheng Zhen philosophy for life).
2. In your dealings, honor all with the radiance of Love (Sheng Zhen).
3. Look within and look without and see yourself as your own bridge between heaven and earth (Qigong forms of Wuji Yuan Gong - "Primordial Supreme Unknown" Qigong).
4. Behold the palace (body of nature in the form of earth, moon, sun, stars, planets) of the universe and the myriad spheres of the organic balance of nature (yin and yang).
5. Know that you can always rejoice in the Godhead (spirit of Pan Gu within one's inner heart) and in the myriad (Qi) radiations (through the Masters and the Sun) of the Living Light.

Why do I need to regularly practice Wuji Yuan Gong, and what for? According to Master Li, "Sheng Zhen is what every human being yearns for in his search for pleasure, happiness, peace, and contentment. It is man's ultimate quest. The human being can truly rest only when he has experienced the fullness of unconditional love in his heart. Often hoping to find answers to life's questions, he looks everywhere outside of himself to satisfy his needs. It is ironic that the very thing he is searching for is found resting in his heart.

The experience of Sheng Zhen is the gift of the practice of Wuji Yuan Gong. Through the practice, the heart is opened; the experience of unconditional love becomes tangible and accessible. As the Qi flows through the body in the practice, it brings about an experience of inner delight. This can be described as being in a state of love. With time, one can even feel this blissful inner sensation while going through an ordinary day in one's life. Slowly and naturally, balance, harmony, wisdom, compassion, joy, and divine inspiration characterize one's existence."

In conclusion, because God only helps those who help themselves it is up to you to make it happen now that you have discovered an accessible and tangible way to experience Sheng Zhen through the compassionate graceful Qigong forms of Wuji Yuan Gong and Healing Qigong.

Truth (Sheng Zhen) can only be known by EXPERIENCE, not by belief or thoughts.

Every culture has its own legend about how the universe began. Pan Gu is the Chinese version of Adam Kadmon, the primordial person in Kabbalistic thought, or Hunab Ku in Mayan culture. Master Ou Wen Wei created Pan Gu Mystical Qigong based on this legendary creator combined with his observation and experiences in life, his understanding about the formulation, development and advancement of humanity and many components of relationships of harmony among heaven, earth and people such as the relationship of human physiology and the universe.

The principles and theory behind this qigong for healing the sick are the following:
