The intent behind Cosmic Heart Spiral of Love ® activation meditation protocol (Sacred Union) is the attainment of health, and ascension of consciousness by merging our individual spiraling heart consciousness with the Cosmic Heart Light and Love consciousness of the Source of All There Is ¾ Cosmic Heart Spiral of Love. There are many paths I have studied and practiced such as the Melchizedek Method, Holographic Sound Healing, and Arhatic Yoga to attain Oneness with the Cosmic Christ Consciousness ¾ to become a Christed Being. This Sun Yoga path called Cosmic Heart Spiral of Love ® I founded is only one of them.

Theoretical Concepts

The theoretical concepts that composed the Cosmic Heart Spiral of Love ® Activation Meditation Protocol (Sacred Union) are a combination of the Microcosmic Orbit meditation, Buteyko method of breathing, Opening of your heart within Your Light Body (Ka), Sacred Elements' Mantra, Zero Point, Point of Connection, Power of Now, and Cosmic Heart Spiral within your Hologram of Love. The activation of the student initiate's dormant Kundalini via an ancient spiritual technique called Shaktipat by a Cosmic Heart Spiral of Love ® Facilitator with the Buteyko breathing, Qigong, Pranic Healing, Omkabah lightbody activation, Sun Yoga and Master Miguel Nator's teachings are the main techniques that differentiate this model from other popular meditation models.

Enlightenment Qigong for Returning to Oneness The Enlightenment Qigong (Wuji Qigong) forms synthesized and taught by Master Ricardo B. Serrano, R.Ac., a Qi-healer and certified Qigong instructor, are Pan Gu Shengong, Primordial Wuji Qigong, Sheng Zhen Wuji Yuan Gong, and Maitreya Shen Gong supplemented with spontaneous Tibetan Shamanic Qigong, a formless Qigong.

Through their ancient lineages, these four Enlightenment Qigong forms, applied individually or in combination, have been clinically tested and proven together with the formless spontaneous Tibetan Shamanic Qigong by myself and their practitioners to provide a strong basic foundation for understanding and experiencing spiritual enlightenment and healing self and others through contemplations with movements, and non-moving meditation to return to oneness by connecting oneself with heaven, earth and humanity.

"Pan Gu Shengong, also known as the Heaven, Earth, Sun and Moon Qigong, has its fundamental philosophy and practice rooted in kindness and charity. It is designed to absorb the essence of Qi (energy) from the universe. It regulates and intensifies life force and the human immune system.

PGSG, which is a complete set of Qigong exercises, consists of a Moving Form, a Non-moving Form (meditation) and an Advanced condensed Form. The Moving Form is the basis, which only takes you 20 minutes to finish. The Non-moving Form is a meditation, focusing on the regulation of the nervous system and the spirit. * Enlightenment is another term for Qigong state, illumination or spiritual oneness, wherein the incarnated soul is achieving a higher degree of oneness with the higher soul, and a certain degree of oneness with God and oneness with all, experienced as expansion of consciousness accompanied with blissful joy, inner peace and quiet mind.

* The Supreme Being is known by many names God, Origin, Primal Mother, Tao, Pan Gu, Dream Being, Source at the center of all sacred space called Wu Ji, Void, Nothingness, supreme unknown, the primordial space.

* Qigong is an interexchange of Qi (universal life force) between men and the universe.
