According to Harmonic Concordance website, "The astrological chart of that moment has a distinctive pattern, or "signature," which is visible even to the untrained eye. The astrological holograph that the moment projects is fundamentally spiritual in nature, and can be understood terms of Quantum Meta-Physics as well as by 'astro-spiritual' metaphor. It speaks of the descent of God-Consciousness upon this plane and offers a moment in time when humankind can make a concerted effort to rise up to meet it. We have called this moment of attunement The Harmonic Concordance. We believe that it opens an energetic "stargate" to the Ascension of Mother Earth, and to each of her inhabitants. Many have called the attainment of this paradigm the Shift of Ages.

We also know that this gate has always been open, to those willing to step through it. Although this chart depicts a moment in our future, the energies embodied in it can also be used to show us how to activate that moment right NOW.

Like its spiritual ancestor, the Harmonic Convergence of 1987, The Harmonic Concordance of 2003 also is a call to the Spirit of Humankind to awaken to the idea that we are, in fact, Spiritual beings sharing a physical experience. Galactic Activation Portal Days

You probably have noticed that some of the squares of the Tzolk'in chart have a black background with white numbers. These squares correspond to special days called Galactic Activation Portal Days. As the ancient Maya studied the energy cycles of Earth, they observed that on some days, there is an opening, a window, or portal in which energies flow between dimensions. On these days, we add the line, "I am a galactic activation portal ... enter me" to the affirmation of the day. On portal days, by saying these words, you ask the Creator, Hunab K'u, to allow these special activation energies to flow through you and enter the Earth plane through you so that Mother Earth may receive them. Being the conduit of these energies will have the effect of opening your being to be activated. Most often, the portals are only open for 1 day. However, on Kin Days 50 & 51, 210 & 211, and 260 &1, the portal is open for 2 days. On Kin Days 106 through 115 and Kin Days 146 through 155, the portal opens for 10 days. When you tune in to these portals, we may notice that your life is quite different during the portal openings. Meditate, meditate and meditate.....and dont forget to listen to the answers and guidances!

The pattern that is formed by the Galactic Activation Portal Days is interesting. Many see a helix pattern very similar to the double helix of human DNA. Another perspective is to imagine several Tzolk'in Cycles next to each other. The pattern that is formed from this is the pattern that is found on the skin of the rattlesnake. The rattlesnake was revered by the ancient Maya and many cultures where these snakes live.
